We aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur after the product has been passed onto the selected courier, whilst in transit or after it has been delivered. It is the full responsibility of the customer to enter the correct delivery details during checkout. Response to the confirmation of order email with the corrected address details will be processed to change the order details at Condiments & Co's discretion and as long as the product has not already been shipped.

Due to the perishable nature of condiments, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, the seal has broken before physically opening or if you received the wrong item.
